This episode of Arrow could have been called "Just listen to women". This episode has Lyla & Felicity each standing their ground against their respective loved one. And it works. There's been a lot of projecting and hypocrisy on the part of Diggle and Oliver and this episode addresses that. It also shows that Arrow has been better at handling romantic relationships in an adult way over The Flash and the rest of the DC TV shows. Doesn't mean its perfect, but its been treating them much better. There's also some really great small details that might be missed here and it serves as a great way to get Oliver back in the suit.
